About the Program
Only those Channel Partners who have an existing, current BroadSoft contract are eligible for the Powered by BroadSoft channel partner program.
Some of the program components are complimentary while others are based on your participation in selling BroadSoft Services. For more information about the program, please contact your account executive.
Powered by BroadSoft is a new customer success program that is seeing great results in our selling and lead generation efforts. Our campaign content is being distributed worldwide to more than 100+ Tier 1, 2, and 3 service providers. Our campaigns have resulted in several sales across all BroadSoft product lines.
The Powered by BroadSoft program is constantly evolving to provide more services to our channel partners. As the program services increase, we will engage with our channel partners who are actively selling our products and leveraging our channel services. You will get notified via your Program Manager.
Channel Partners can choose as many or as few program elements as they desire. We encourage Channel Partners to sign up for any of the components. The more commitment you have to the program, the most future components will become available to you.
Each Channel Partner receives a unique campaign site that hosts all of their campaign content and instructions for running their campaign. Each content asset is hosted on an individual page within the campaign site. We provide all the training and tools you need to edit the content and begin using it immediately for lead generation. Channel Partners do have the option to host and run their campaign content on their own domain should they choose.
Customers want to know that you have experience with their industry and understand their needs. That’s why we work with you to provide a customer case study in a vertical of your choice. We also provide you a news release to promote your unique offering to your market.
You can also pick a complete campaign toolkit from the campaign catalog. You’ll receive the following as unique pages on your campaign site:
- 3-4 content assets, exact type varies per campaign. These include: eguides, infographics, listicles, blog posts, trend reports, quizzes, flowcharts, etc.
- Email copy to support each content piece,
- Social media posts and images bundle to support each content piece, and
- Instructions/Overview page with recommendations for how to run your campaign.
We do have a few campaigns available in .pdf and InDesign files, however most of our assets live online.
We only require that you adhere to our brand guidelines and report back your performance metrics to your program manager. Failure to report back will limit your future campaigns and participation in the program.
